Following its establishment in 1997, Merényi and Co. Training and Consulting Ltd. was among the first 20 training companies in 1998, and by 2006 has become one of the leading corporate training companies (Budapest Business Journal).
As of now, one of our major goals is to eliminate the "one of" formula from the statement above.

2002 – our Prejudice Training Course - current at the time because of the election hysteria - is at the media's interest (Kossuth radio station, „Világgazdaság” („World Economy”) magazine, „Kisalföld” („Small Plain”) magazine, „Humán Erők” („Human Forces”) magazine, „Humán Fókusz” („Human Focus”) magazine). This programme was developed by Merényi & Co. Ltd., and its methodology is based on the European Council's recommendation. 2004 – the MIL-PROGRAM is beeing issued in the July-August edition of „Haszon” („Profit”) magazine as a special leadership development procedure.
2005 – the company developes the E-trainer software, which provides essential help in preparation and follow-up of trainings.
2007 – an example of complex training and coaching process results: reconfiguring the K&H BANK’s call center customer service into sales, a shift which became popular at other multi companies as well. Listen to the report on the topic.
2008 – Béla Balogh lecturer, writer (Final Reality) reinforces the team and performs as a co-trainer of the MBA trainings. Listen to the report on the topic.
2009 – just as in 2003, when the term of measurement was intoduced by our team in the training market, by 2009 we found the means for diagnostics and measureable development of sales skills. This is the CSA ® method.
2010 – we created a new conception where the tendency for classical trainings shift more and more towards team-coaching and case study based workshop. Although not an innovation, it worths mentioning that our subsidiary company, the M&Co. Europe Training’s trainer Dr. Kádár Annamária is a lecturer at the Mastercourses founded by Müller Pétrer and Popper Péter.
2011 – focusing on organisation development services our subsidiary company SPID Ltd. is founded.
2012 – our newest branch, M & M Talent Management Ltd. is offering professional assistance regarding personal or organisation employment, primarily in the SSC sector.
2013 – Merényi & Co., SPID Ltd. and M & M Talent Management Ltd. present their broader, reinforced service range for clients and HR professionals as MERÉNYI GROUP.
